
Add oil to the pan when it is hot, add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and onions .
Sauté onions to light dark brown
Add ginger and garlic paste and sauté until the raw smell is gone
Then add chicken, tomatoes and green chilli and add salt to taste
Once chicken’s color changed, then add yogurt, cilantro and mint leaves
Cook them at low flame until chicken well done
In another pot, add enough water for rice and let it boil
Meanwhile, soak the rice for minimum 30 minutes
Once the water is ready, then add the rice and cook it al dente
Drain the water and mix the rice with korma. Then keep the pot in the oven at 350 F for 20 minutes
Finally, fluff the rice and Biryani is ready
